The Retail Store Associate position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, where you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and completing inventory management tasks.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and breaking down displays, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Physical Requirements: remaining upright on the feet, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
  • High School diploma or equivalent
