Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Elevate company safety policies by implementing strict adherence and procedures.
  • Cultivate expertise in reviewing, monitoring, and coordinating shop drawings and submittals for approval.
  • Develop detailed schedules of values and secure billing approvals from the architect or owner.
  • Leverage collaboration with the onsite Superintendent to guarantee project compliance with contract requirements.
  • Take charge of Solvenow Inc.'s Quality Control Program throughout the project.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, navigate change orders, and oversee cost control adjustments.
  • Promote transparency through thorough reports and logs for the project.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings and final walkthroughs.
  • Effectively supervise staff, set performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and manage on-the-job training and development.
  • Maintain regular attendance on the worksite.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • At least 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale projects.

What We Offer

  • An attractive compensation package ranging from $155,000 to $170,000 per year, plus a 15% annual bonus.
  • A relocation assistance of $10,000 to $15,000 paid with the first paycheck.
  • A flexible work arrangement, allowing for 5 days of office work per week.
