Key Responsibilities- Manage Patient Care: Oversee the care of an assigned group of patients, ensuring that their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Monitor and Evaluate Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Education and Certification: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Skills and Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in skills applicable to designated area within probationary period.
