About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the job site, communicating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the job site from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with subcontractors, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are progressing as planned.
  • Quality Control: Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure that projects meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols to ensure that the job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of construction superintendent experience, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification preferred.
