Overview:
Soliant Health is in search of a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services within a school environment. As an SLP, your role will be crucial in assisting students to navigate communication hurdles, thereby enhancing their educational and social experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to students experiencing speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other school personnel to facilitate student development.
  • Track and document student progress, modifying treatment plans as required.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, parent discussions, and other pertinent school gatherings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in line with school and district regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
