Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience. Candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service and supervisory roles.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

  • Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

Physical Requirements:
