Position Overview:

The IT Customer Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Service Desk, ensuring high-quality support for all users. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily operations of the Service Desk, including ticket prioritization and assignment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop hardware, software applications, and network functionality.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on computer systems and peripherals.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience. Candidates should possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in customer service and supervisory roles.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Skills Required:
