Water Mitigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Water/Fire/Mold Cleanup Laborer to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our restoration team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results in the face of disaster.

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.

• Hourly pay: $19.00 to $21.00/hour based on experience and certifications.
