Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Del Grosso Foods. As a Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing various sanitation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all functions of sanitation in assigned areas of the plant, including cleaning equipment, floors, and drains.
  • Complete KLEANZ Program worksheets on a daily basis to document tasks completed.
  • Maintain and clean all equipment in the plant, including CIP (Clean In Place) of tomato blending equipment, cook tanks, and filling equipment.
  • Follow sanitation instructions and use chemicals in the proper manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Previous industrial cleaning and sanitation experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals & CIP preferred.
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift; Hours - Approximately 3pm to 11pm. Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday.
  • Ability to operate a fork truck is preferred.
