About the Role

As an Operations Director at Reliant Holdings Ltd, you will oversee the successful execution of projects aligned with carbon dioxide co2 liquefaction and dry ice operations. This is a leadership position that requires strategic planning, contract negotiation, project budgeting, procurement management, and quality control.

The Division is composed of eight Liquid CO2 and Dry Ice production facilities, spanning from the east to west coast of the domestic US. You will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing project management processes, ensuring contract agreements are secured and executed efficiently, and reviewing and editing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, focusing on meeting established schedule dates and budget costs.
  • Subcontract agreement negotiation, preparation, processing, and execution.
  • Ensure required submittal review, processing, and approvals, and logs are set-up and maintained.
  • Create and update materials and equipment delivery tracking logs.
  • Create, submit, and obtain approval of billing.
  • Collect payments, progress billing, and retention receivables.
  • Support pricing, negotiation, and processing of changed conditions and scope change orders.
  • Monitor financial performance and productivity of Company products and projects.
  • Assist in project reporting and forecasting.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in Manufacturing, Construction, or Integration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, with a mix of experience being a plus. They will also possess excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence, and outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees and customers.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. Benefits include 401k, company card for out-of-town excursions, cell phone allowance, and paid holidays. Vacation time ranges from two weeks to four weeks depending on years of service.
