Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our expansion efforts, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through business development and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • BId on and secure contracts with hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses in the region
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000-$95,000 annually, based on performance and industry standards. This is a 100% commission-based position with a hybrid work schedule out of Wyandotte, MI. (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
