Soliant is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative team.

As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' speech and language development. Working closely with educators and parents, you will assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
