Position Overview:

As a Cloud Migration Application Support Specialist, you will collaborate with a team of systems engineers and software developers to define, design, develop, test, and implement the final system.

The development process will utilize agile methodologies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders. You will operate in a dynamic environment, adapting to new and evolving requirements while communicating effectively with team leads and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and sustain JAVA Microservices
  • Facilitate data integration between systems through REST API
  • Attain expertise in AWS data workflows, including Lambda, S3, and related technologies
  • Ingest and standardize data from diverse sources
  • Create technical documentation and presentation materials for program status reviews and other management directives
  • Collaborate with other enterprise service programs to enhance capabilities through web services integration
  • Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing
  • Develop unit and integration tests
  • Monitor production applications
  • Engage in code review processes
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with standard ETL tools, such as Pentaho, AWS Glue, etc.
  • Familiarity with JAVA Microservices
  • Understanding of REST API
Comprehension of AWS data workflows, including Lambda, S3, and other relevant technologies.
