Ultrasound Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and imaging centers, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality ultrasound exams on patients, using a variety of modalities and techniques.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- One to three years of experience as a Sonographer or Ultrasound Technologist.
- Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as operate heavy equipment.
