Job Opportunity

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Aberdeen, SD.

We provide contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services to communities in the Midwest. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, individualized rehabilitation services while building long-term partnerships with our staff and the communities we serve.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients, conducting screenings and evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve patient function and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise occupational therapy assistants and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current valid Occupational Therapist license to practice in the state of South Dakota.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
