About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in Bloomington, IL. This private practice offers a dynamic work environment, patient-focused care, and advanced hearing technology.

Position Highlights:

  • Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours, with one Saturday per month on rotation (half day).
  • 95% adults and 5% pediatric cases.
  • Work with leading manufacturers such as GN Resound, Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Starkey, and Widex.
  • Services include routine diagnostics, hearing evaluations, patient counseling, and hearing aid dispensing.
  • No quotas, focus on quality care with profit-sharing opportunities based on group goals.
  • Join a dedicated team of 4 clinicians, supported by a strong administrative staff.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Profit-sharing and quarterly group bonuses.
