Job Summary

As a Restoration Operations Manager at Voda Cleaning and Restoration, you will be responsible for leading operations and driving growth in the cleaning and restoration industry. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in restoration.
  • IICRC Certified (WRT, AMRT, ASD preferred).
  • Proficient in Xactimate and technology-driven processes.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
