Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with our skilled team of clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Prepare thorough documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries to support patient care
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care that meet the unique needs and capabilities of each patient

Requirements:

• Valid State Occupational Therapy Assistant License and Credentials
• Prior experience working in SNF and/or acute care settings
• Covid-19 vaccination may be required in certain locations

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
