Objective:

  • Ensure the timely completion of all daily, monthly, and annual reports and forecasts.

  • Analyze equipment failure records to minimize future downtime.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or a decade of relevant experience in a heavy manufacturing setting, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the metal fabrication sector and/or in management roles.
  • Union supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with production techniques, processes, and industrial machinery.
  • Strong leadership abilities to communicate effectively across all operational levels.
  • Additional experience with PLCs, drives, gauges, rolling mill controls, data acquisition HMI's, annealing line controls, and instrumentation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the capacity to plan effectively.
  • Strategic business mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of PCs and related software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Work Environment:

Regular exposure to a manufacturing environment that may include varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels.

Schedule:

Day shift position with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience.
