Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and play-based curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants and toddlers.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of our children.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of community and belonging.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in infant and toddler care and education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our children and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a group setting.
  • Current TB clearance and ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index fingerprint clearance.
  • Ability to lift children between 10-40 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
