Position Overview
This role is focused on delivering direct clinical care to patients. The nurse will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and executing patient care on a shift basis, while also overseeing the nursing staff to whom care responsibilities are assigned. The nurse will collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and effective resource management in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an active and valid registered nurse license in the state of practice
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession
Qualifications
Education:
Required: Completion of a state-approved nursing program or an accredited institution
Preferred: Academic qualifications in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Certifications:
Required: Current licensure, certification, or registration as mandated by state law or policy. CPR certification is also necessary.
