About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at New Story Schools. In this role, you will be part of our In-District Services (IDS) team, working with local school districts to enhance special education.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Manage client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards and proper use of medical terminology.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' behavioral and developmental needs.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion
