As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of sheet metal, bench, and deburring equipment to produce high-quality components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense, and general aviation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Operation: Set up and operate various types of sheet metal, bench, and deburring equipment under the direction of the area supervisor.
  • Production and Quality: Produce at standard and quality levels in accordance with company requirements, adhering to all safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately complete paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, and other relevant data.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment, tooling, and workbenches.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations, including good housekeeping, safety, and security.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches, demonstrated mechanical ability, and close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively.
