Job Summary

We are seeking an Experiential Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing experiential therapy programming in all specialized treatment areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement experiential therapy programming in all specialized treatment areas.
  • Coordinate and supervise student interns.
  • Provide individualized treatment within a group setting.
  • Utilize recreational activities to aid patients/residents in learning recovery skills.
  • Awareness of CBT and DBT skills.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in art, music, dance, recreation, or other therapies required.
  • Certification/registration through appropriate credentialing board preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification required.
  • Formal training in management of aggressive patients required.
