Account Executive

Simkiss & Block, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Account Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct risk analysis surveys, negotiate with underwriters, and create proposals to secure new business and retain existing clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Relationship Management team to maximize client retention and new business acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and provide value-added solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client files and perform all transactions in our computer system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior professional experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
