Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Assist the Facilities Leadership team in managing the maintenance turn and service request process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of resident issues.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, maintenance technicians, and residents to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of work orders.
- Work Order Management: Process and track work orders, including assigning priorities and categories, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Reporting and Analytics: Utilize property management software (Yardi) to generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication: Maintain open dialogue with the Property Management team, residents, and vendors to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in property and/or facilities management.
- Skills: Proficient in Yardi or property management software, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
