About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Center Coordinator to join our team at Corvias. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and turn processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Assist the Facilities Leadership team in managing the maintenance turn and service request process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of resident issues.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, maintenance technicians, and residents to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of work orders.
  • Work Order Management: Process and track work orders, including assigning priorities and categories, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize property management software (Yardi) to generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Maintain open dialogue with the Property Management team, residents, and vendors to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in property and/or facilities management.
  • Skills: Proficient in Yardi or property management software, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
