Job Overview

The Procurement Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless purchase management, vendor contract renewal, and timely ordering of supplies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve purchase orders for essential supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Collect and verify W9 Forms from vendors
  • Coordinate monthly vendor appointments for services such as pest control, shredding, and coffee delivery
  • Support the Accounts Payable team as needed
  • Complete additional assignments and projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor, Finance Manager, Controller, and CFO

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory and purchasing is required
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are necessary
  • Prior knowledge of MAS200, EZ-CAP, and Concur is an asset

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and qualifications.
