Primary Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Summit Placement Service, Inc. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
- Preventive Care: Promote and administer preventive care services, such as immunizations, screenings, and health education, to prevent illness and improve overall patient health.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, preventive measures, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Coordination of Care: Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless coordination of services.
- Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all relevant information, including patient history, examination results, and treatment plans.
- Consultation: Provide consultations and referrals to specialty care when necessary, and participate in interdisciplinary case discussions.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities to support the well-being of the community.
- Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in the United States.
- Board Certification: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Strong Clinical Skills: Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Commitment to Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
