Overview of the Job


The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care at LifeBridge Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.



Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Nursing Care: Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
  • Leadership: Assume responsibilities of a leadership role on a per-shift basis, working closely with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and development of the nursing team.


Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:



  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
  • Licensure: License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation.
  • Experience: Less than one year experience; formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college).
