Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure seamless transitions.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
