About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Project Manager to join our team at SCS Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering environmental projects, leading a team of professionals, and contributing to the growth and development of our Environmental Services Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage environmental projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Environmental Services Practice, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in an environmental-related science or engineering field required.
  • Professional registration (e.g., PE, PG) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years working at an environmental consulting firm required.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies (e.g., ADEM, FDEP, MDEQ) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing required.
