Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products, adhering to quality specifications and GMP requirements.
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing lines to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Set up and troubleshoot extrusion equipment to optimize production efficiency.
  • Manufacture products that meet quality specifications and production targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations and meet deadlines.
  • Perform basic math calculations and read, write, and interpret specifications.
  • Use basic tools of measurement such as microscopes to ensure product quality.
  • Work flexible hours and extended shifts as required to meet production demands.
  • Practice effective communication skills with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless production operations.


Requirements:



  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with mechanical experience.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with limited supervision.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and interpret specifications.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment.
