Electrophysiology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Specialist to join our team at UCHealth. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress testing, and cardiac monitors.
Responsibilities:- Review provider orders and perform ancillary tests
- Educate patients on procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation
- Prepare equipment and supplies, position patients, and analyze results
- Identify quality issues with tracings and take corrective action
- Monitor patient condition and report changes in status or adverse results as needed
- Maintain equipment in clean, working condition and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Within 1 year of hire: Certified Cardiographic Tech, Certified EKG Technician, National Certified ECG Technician, or equivalent certification
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience
- BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
