Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Holidayinnclub. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe standards and accurately measure alcohol according to specific measures.
  • Take food orders and utilize POS for inputting accurate orders, collecting payment, and making change.
  • Stock and maintain the bar inventory and maintain a clean and organized work area, washing glasses as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and exude a warm and hospitable nature to owners and guests, engaging everyone in conversation.
  • Adhere to state and local laws, check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age, and manage their alcohol intake to prevent over intoxication and drinking and driving.
  • Responsible for general upselling.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in a full-service bar preferred.
  • Must be minimum of 21 years old.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
