Role Summary:
As a Residential Window Sales Specialist, your main duty will be to close warm leads generated by the company with homeowners interested in window replacement solutions. During these consultations, you will guide clients on the benefits of enhanced safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and property value that new windows can provide. Your expertise and confidence will be key in converting and nurturing the sales pipeline. In addition to closing appointments, you will also engage in outreach to new prospects through canvassing and other marketing strategies.

We are looking for candidates who will:
- Convert warm, company-generated leads into window replacement clients.
- Engage in daily outreach to generate qualified sales consultations.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of window replacement solutions.
- Participate actively in daily sales training sessions and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through diligent follow-up.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of successful experience in in-home sales closing.
- If lacking in-home closing experience, your application will be considered for our Appointment Setter position.
- Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
- Consistent performance in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
