Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and manage incoming calls.
  • Address inquiries across all communication platforms.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure client information is accurate.
  • Conduct appointments for Guardian Interlock services, including installations and calibrations.
  • Facilitate sales from initial contact to final paperwork and payment processing.
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Access to a mobile phone.
