Position Summary

This role is situated within a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities through sweeping, dusting, and other cleaning tasks.
  • Conduct maintenance and minor repairs as required.
  • Perform routine landscaping and upkeep of outdoor areas.
  • Paint surfaces and fill in gaps or cracks (on walls, sidewalks, etc.).
  • Execute light installation or carpentry tasks (e.g., constructing cabinets).
  • Repair various equipment or appliances as needed.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC maintenance.
  • Complete assigned tasks or respond to emergency situations (e.g., snow removal).
  • Identify and communicate the need for significant repairs.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a handyman (minimum of 2 years).
  • Familiarity with hand tools and electrical equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Competent math skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

Compensation:
$18 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
7 AM to 5 PM
