Role: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to contribute to our mission at Ideal Option PLLC. This role involves working closely with patients during their critical transition phase as they begin their treatment for substance use disorders.
Location: This position will require you to be onsite for part of the week while also allowing for remote work.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $43.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients as they initiate their treatment journey, providing guidance and answering medication-related inquiries.
- Ensure effective communication with healthcare providers regarding patient prescriptions, dosing queries, and lab results.
- Act as a liaison between various teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Assist patients in overcoming barriers to care and addressing their social needs.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding their treatment and healthcare concerns.
- Coordinate outpatient services under the direction of the Nurse Care Team.
- Participate in after-hours support for patient calls as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nursing License is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
