Job Summary

The Inspire Territory Manager will lead commercialization efforts, introducing OSA therapy to assigned sales territories. Key objectives include achieving sales plans and therapy awareness milestones. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of OSA technology, device implantation, and follow-up procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive implant growth to achieve sales plans through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput.
  • Orchestrate commercial site assessment, selection, and development.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods.
  • Facilitate local payer education and development processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong computer skills with MS office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to travel within the territory, including overnights as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with implantable device implantation and follow-up procedures.
  • Market development and building referral programs within the medical industry.
  • Product launch and account experience.
