Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Pendleton Manor Assisted Living & Memory Care. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of residents, identifying their needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor residents' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring resident-centered care.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
  • Experience in long-term care or gerontology preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
