Dishroom Attendant

The Dishwasher is a key member of our food and beverage team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishroom and surrounding areas.
• Assist with the receipt and storage of incoming deliveries, ensuring they are properly stored and organized.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, upkeep issues, or potential hazards to management.
• Adhere to established policies, training, and departmental standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge of federal health code standards.

• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant dishwashing experience preferred.
• Food handler certification required.
