We are seeking a highly skilled Sleep Expert to join our team at Mattress Firm. As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for creating a life-changing in-store experience for our customers and help them build the perfect sleep sanctuary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide informed guidance to customers.
• Utilize social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including:
