As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for conducting nutrition assessments for patients within required time frames. You will obtain timely and appropriate data and analyze/interpret it based on evidence-based standards.
You will provide appropriate documentation that summarizes the nutrition care plan in the patient's medical record, including nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and plan/goals. Once implemented, you will monitor the progress toward goals.
What We OfferFor this role, we offer a competitive $33.00 - $36.00 per hour salary range, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling options.
Please note that you must have a Bachelor's degree, ServSafe Certification, ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, CDR Card, and BLS certification.
