Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior leadership on strategic initiatives by creating financial models and insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in Accounting and Operations to implement strategies.
  • Prepare and oversee forecasting reports.
  • Manage weekly, quarterly, and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasts.
  • Facilitate effective Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver forward-looking insights and decision support.
  • Provide monthly financial performance reports to business partners, highlighting necessary actions.
  • Evaluate current performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a rapidly evolving organization is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerBI is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with Operations and office leaders.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire team members and provide guidance.
