Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality infusion therapy to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize advanced techniques for medication administration and patient monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurses without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program and complete it within four years of hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in critical care settings (ICU, Stepdown, ER, IR) is highly desirable.
- Home care experience is a plus.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Active Maryland RN license or compact state licensure allowing practice in Maryland.
- Current DC RN license or willingness to obtain.
- CPR certification required.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation necessary.
