We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. As a CRNA, you will be part of a dynamic group of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of anesthesia.

About the Role

This is a full-time position located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Our CRNAs work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics.

Responsibilities
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia plans.
  • Provide one-on-one anesthesia instruction for nurse anesthesia programs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in anesthesia care.
Requirements
  • Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Master's of Science in Nursing.
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
  • BCLS Certification.
  • ACLS Certification.
