Role Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform speech and language assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans according to each student's unique needs and objectives, maintaining accurate documentation
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality care for each student
  • Engage in meetings, trainings, and workshops to stay updated on the latest therapy approaches and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous
  • Superb communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated capability to maintain precise and organized records, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks
