Job Description

The Painter position involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Mixing and applying paint to various surfaces
  • Completing touch-ups and repairs as needed
  • Coordinating large painting projects with the facilities team
  • Caulking on both the interior and exterior of the building
  • Cleaning and moderate touch-up of EIFS surfaces
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques
  • Solid understanding of commercial and construction painting methods
  • Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.)
  • Previous experience with patching holes in EIFS is a plus, but not required
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
