With a focus on providing exceptional patient care, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant to join our interdisciplinary care team.

Your expertise in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)/Physiatry services will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with post-acute therapy teams, optimize rehabilitative outcomes, and promote patient independence.

As a PM&R Clinician, you will be responsible for providing specialized services at a designated skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute rehab center. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with PCP teams, managing conditions common in SNFs, and working alongside PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life.

This is a (part-time) 16-24-hour to (full-time) 30-hour, W-2 role, located in Dowell, MD. The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on hours employed.
