Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Care Program, you will provide rehabilitative, restorative treatment services, crisis intervention, therapeutic intervention, assessment evaluation, and moderately complex case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate activities that address the purpose of the Rehabilitative group and individual client plan.
  • Follow State Mental Health and County Mental Health guidelines for any service being provided.
  • Converse with clients to reinforce positive behaviors and promote social interaction.
  • Serve meals and eat with clients to act as a role model as it may apply to rehabilitative or behavior plans.
  • Plan and execute regular scheduled activities or outings with clients for purposes of skill-building.
  • Provide medication support to clients as needed and complete required documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a mental health-related field providing direct mental health services.
  • Valid CA Driver's License, current auto insurance, and a clean DMV printout.
  • CPR and First Aid Certified.
  • TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
