Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Yard Truck Driver to join our team at The Doe Run Company. As a Yard Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a jockey truck to move trailers and a haul truck to move material at our Resource Recycling Facility in Boss, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate jockey and haul trucks to move trailers and material
  • Conduct inspections to monitor proper loading procedures
  • Safely load trailers and evenly distribute materials
  • Support bag house and scrubber operations
  • Perform pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience with mobile equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Mobile equipment certification (provided upon hire)
  • Environmental safety and health rules and regulations training (OSHA training) (provided upon hire)
Work Environment

Regularly required to wear personal protective equipment, including respirator, hearing protection, and eyewear. Occasionally works in confined spaces and at heights of four feet or more with fall protection. Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and vibration.
